Megan King and Lynn and Eric Miller invite you to play with us in Playa del Carmen, Mexico February 5-9, 2026. Unwind, relax at the beach and unleash your creative self through movement improvisation to live music, dance improvisation and creating art from the heart.

When we live our life in full expression, we are living our life purpose.

Enjoy a creativity retreat as well as have fun and relaxation at the beach this winter! You will have time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, great food and the people who will share this experience with you.

SpiritArts can be used by anyone regardless of artistic experience, to create profound changes within.

SpiritVoice is for those interested in developing their natural voice, cultivating personal power, singing their soul song and expressing their inner music.  The voice is the instrument of the body, expressing who we are and what we feel. We will develop skills through improv structures, circle songs and developing skills on how to use the voice therapeutically for health and well being.

SpiritArt is expression through art. Most of us are visually oriented. Before we could speak, we thought in images. Yet facing the blank page can feel like a void. Let us guide you to approach art making with abandonment, like a child. Surrender to the materials and let them guide you as you create from the inside out.

SpiritDance is dancing in the moment, guided through imagery, and prompts. Live music will be provided with guitar, flute, drum & voice. Express yourself through the body and motion.

The retreat center has great workshop spaces for music, art and dance. Art  supplies and some percussion instruments will be provided. Bring your voice as an instrument or any other instrument of choice.
