Lynn has released a CD, Mystic Song, which is being used by healers and bodyworkers to assist in the healing process.
CD review by craniosacral therapist Eve Kodiak:
I know that cerebral spinal fluid sympathetically responds to vibration. The right frequencies can actually create positive physical effects. As I played Mystic Song for my clients, I would feel sutures opening, fascia releasing, the whole body/mind/spirit complex reorganizing.
Mystic Song invites the listener to connect with heart, body and soul. Sung in a language of primordial sounds, this CD is a beautiful texture of voice, cello, guitar, gentle melodic percussion, with occasional passages of Native American flute and the deep tones of didgeridoo.
Mystic Song creates a container of safety. Passionate vocals lead the listener through pleasure, grief and joy, through catharsis and into the quiet space of meditation. Vocalist Lynn Miller has composed these songs in response to the large cycles of life – birth, death, rebirth – and has dedicated them to “the ancestors.” Mystic Song supports the listener on a healing journey, universal in nature, yet deeply personal.
Remembering the Unknown
I dedicate this music to my ancestors, who have given me all my gifts. The Creator breathed life into the universe. Through breath, we connect with the Creator, our ancestors, all that came before us and everything in front of us. The breath brings us to the present moment, the Now. Everything is possible when we are in the Now.
It is my belief that all of us carry these ancient voices and languages inside. They are encoded in our cells. The ancestors are interested in us getting the message. We simply can’t always hear them. All cultures make the same sounds as babies. Once we learn to talk, we forget this elemental common language. Most of us have forgotten that we ever knew. In my workshops, I have witnessed many people tapping into the unknown and sounding their spirit voice. It is my intention to stimulate these early voices within you.
” I hear souls pouring out… all babies should listen to this before they are born. It ‘s like an instruction manual for reincarnation.”
