SpiritArts: Transformation through Creating Art, Dance and Music

Develop lessons in Spirituality through creating art. Each week we will explore different art forms improvisationally, without a preconceived idea to learn to:

• Face the unknown
• Trust the process
• Be in the moment
• Surrender
• Connect with heart

We will also discover how the art forms interconnect and can be connected for self-discovery, empowerment and healing.

This class runs for 6 weeks on Monday nights from 7:30-9pm at the Cruetzburg Center in Radnor, PA
