Join Janey Butterworth, (Social worker/Sound healer) Lynn Miller (Music therapist/Sound healer) for a “tune up”. Connect to your sacred center through sound, to provide rejuvenation, self-expression and peace. Therapeutic Sound Healing can restore the body/mind/spirit to harmony.
Develop “inner knowing” and deeper connection with yourself and others through the magical journey of sound and vibration. In this experiential retreat we will utilize guided imagery, sound healing, mindfulness practices, tibetan bowls and voice. Be restored and rejuvenated by a sound bath to vibrate body, mind and spirit into balance. Take home practical tools to be your own sound healer and find deeper relaxation in everyday life.

Lynn Miller MA is the author of SpiritArts, Transformation through Creating Art, Music and Movement, which is a culmination of her experience in Arts and Healing. Lynn is a certified music therapist who is also trained in sound healing and expressive arts therapy. Through a supportive, humanistic approach, Lynn is skillful in opening you to the power of your sound. She also uses her voice to assist others in healing with Tibetan bowls, Zenharp, Native flutes and the Indian shruti box. www.Spiritarts.us
Janey Butterworth is a Reiki Master and practices a form of 
energy healing called Flow, Alignment and Connection as taught by Amy Skezas and Athabascar. She is a certified teacher of Awakening Your Light Body, as taught by Duane Packer, Sanaya Roman, and their guides Orin and DaBen. As a vocalist, Janey also uses voice and toning in healing sessions. She incorporates the vibration of Tibetan singing bowls to assist in removing blockages and creating a harmonic flow of energy through the chakras and energy body. Janey is also a Hospice Social Worker, assisting individuals and families on their journeys of death and transition to the light.
