San Miguel has been voted as one of the best cities in the world by Leisure magazine in 2017\, 2018 and 2024  \nMagnificent colonial architecture with cobblestone streets\, flowers\, amazing restaurants\, craft markets\, galleries\, live music and dancing\, all make this a special place to visit. People celebrate life in San Miguel.   Come celebrate with us!! \nPlay music and sing from your heart with skills in spontaneous music making as you surround yourself with other creative souls. Improve your musicianship and listening skills. Have experiences playing in ensembles with different instruments in a supportive environment. We will immerse ourselves in playing music and have Mexican cultural experiences. \nBroaden you musicianship skills with facilitators: Clint Goss\, founder of FluteHaven\, Flute Harvest and Flutopedia. He collaborated with Eric Miller\, guitar\, mandolin and churango on the CD SpiritGrass. Eric and his wife\, Lynn Miller\, vocalalist and guitarist are both music therapists and were on FluteHaven staff. Vera Shanov will accompany you with rhythm. \n \nThe retreat will be held at Casa Angelitos\, a castle like building which overlooks the town. It is like a folk art museum inside\, decorated with beautiful Mexican cultural art.
