DESCRIPTION:New Beginnings\nWHAT IS YOUR PASSION? What keeps you from actualizing what you truly want or the direction you want?  \nWhat is your soul’s purpose? Take a creative journey celebrating inner resources and unique gifts. Through a deep inventory\, creative explorations and ritual\, we will acknowledge and forgive the part(s) of self that hold us back as we release the old for the new. \nUsing expressive arts processes outlined in Lynn Miller’s book\, SpiritArts\, Transformation through Creating Art\, Music and Dance\, we will explore and integrate our new perceptions through breath\, voice\, mindfulness\, visualization\, acrylic paints\, oil pastels\, music\, creative movement\, sound and the raw materials of our soul and imagination. \nfacilitators: Sue Mistretta MA is an Expressive Arts Therapist and GIM practitioner in B.C.
