DESCRIPTION:Join Lynn Miller \, Lynn Saltiel + Terrie Lewine for a sonic ‘tune up’  through both experiential and reception sound practices for well-being. \n\n\nRelax and unwind through music and sound vibrations with Native flutes\, harps\, Tibetan bowls\, drums and voice to create a sound bath for restoration and rejuvenation.  Musicians Lynn M. and Lynn S. will take you on a journey through sound. Terrie will support your process offering gentle bodywork based in Network Care which attunes your system with the tones.  Prepare for a deep awakening and alignment.  \nThe morning will begin with community building and connection with sound bowls. Everyone will have the opportunity to experience and play them through fun exercises. The frequencies from the bowls immediately clear the body/mind. \nDuring the Sonic Tune-Up\, you will Experience: \n\nSound tools for self-generated healing.\nPlaying Tibetan Bowls\nDeep relaxation through a Sound bath + gentle bodywork to align to the tones\n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER NOW\n\n\n\n\nTime: 10:00am – 12:30pm \nCost: $40.00 \n\n\n  \n \n  \nLynn Saltiel LCSW is a psychotherapist\, classically trained flautist and certified Music for People music facilitator.
